Suleyman Tasci identificou um grande potencial em São Luís no segmento de turismo e anunciou a fetividade de sua fundação no Maranhão.Suleyman Tasci, representante da fundação One Heart for The Child, esteve em São Luís no início de Março dando os primeiros passos para a viabilização de parcerias na cidade e investimento no setor imobiliário e do turismo.
Ele veio à capital a convite dos representantes da RA - Representative Authority, Luciano Douglase Ricardo Silveira, para conhecer o potencial do Maranhão. Tasci, que é filho do ministro das Minas e Energia da Turquia, Mustafa Tasci, mostrou-se interessado pela Ilha e garantiu o estabelecimento da empresa RA Representative Authority, da qual faz parte. Ele anunciou também a construção de prédios residenciais e comerciais, como hotéis, resorts e shoppings, embora os locais ainda não tenham sido definidos.
Tasci, que mora em Dubai e esteve também no Rio de Janeiro e em São Paulo, disse que escolheu São Luís para investir por sua proximidade da Europa e que a cidade em si mostra muitas possibilidades de investimento no setor hoteleiro. “Eu sou representante de um grupo de investidores industriais e turísticos e minha família tem uma fundação de crianças desabrigadas na Alemanha”, disse.
O empresário disse ainda que São Luís é uma cidade virgem, com história e cultura ricas e com muitos lugares ainda não descobertos. “E é por isso que estamos aqui”, frisou.
Infraestrutura - Ele foi recebido pelo prefeito João Castelo e com ele teve um encontro produtivo. Ele também disse que São Luís tem muitos atrativos naturais, mas que ninguém conhece. Tasci mencionou o lado próspero da cidade, mas considerou um fator importante: a cidade precisa de investimentos em educação e infraestrutura.
De acordo com ele, o marketing voltado para o setor imobiliário em Dubai é muito forte e por causa disso muitas empresas internacionais migram para lá. “O petróleo é um fator importante, mas não tão importante. Nos últimos três anos, a cidade tirou o foco do petróleo e direcionou-o para o turismo”, disse.
Suleyman é turco-germânico e acredita muito no futuro das crianças e principalmente no das crianças desabrigadas mantidas pela fundação, que investe na educação delas, no esporte e em outras coisas. A fundação foi inaugurada há 30 anos e é uma das maiores da Europa.

A autorização para construção da rodovia BA-001 que ligará a cidade do Prado a Porto Seguro já foi afiançada . A garantia foi dada pelo deputado estadual da Bahia, Edson Pimenta (PC do B), em entrevista ao site “Teixeira News” da cidade de Teixeira de Freitas(BA) . O deputado esteve em visita à região no último final de semana. Depois de concluída a BA-001 atravessará os balneários de Cumuruxatiba, Corumbau, Aldeia de Barra Velha, Caraíva e ligará ao asfalto de Trancoso. Para o prefeito do Prado, Jonga Amaral, a obra mudará a história do turismo no município e fará dos 87 km de praias pradenses, em um dos destinos mais promissores do mundo, em razão das suas raras belezas, ainda nos dias de hoje, sem exploração turística. “A BA-001 já é uma realidade para o extremo sul e para a Costa do Descobrimento. Trata-se de uma estrada que vai mudar a realidade turística desta região, facilitando a exploração turística das mais exuberantes belezas naturais do nosso estado, formando um corredor turístico de fácil acesso, tanto para quem está em Santa Cruz Cabrália e Porto Seguro, quanto para quem esteja em Caravelas, Alcobaça e Prado”, ressaltou Pimenta.Segundo ele, a obra com menos de 100 km de extensão será construída com dinheiro do governo da Bahia e do Ministério dos Transportes, por meio de convênio com o Ministério do Turismo. Para o parlamentar a construção da BA-001 transformará também a vida econômica das comunidades tradicionais da beira-mar, que terão oportunidades de escoar e apresentar seus produtos agrícolas e artesanais para os turistas e para o mercado, além da valorização patrimonial da região que ainda esconde belas propriedades rurais no pleno berço do Brasil, especialmente nos trechos que compreendem Cumuruxatiba, Foz do Rio Cahy e Corumbau.
